Saving and Printing the Books

We now have most books on private websites.  The reason is to avoid access by non-purchasers and to prevent illegal sharing of the material.  To print or save a pdf file, look on the pdf itself for the places to Save or Print.

See the small picture of a computer disk and a printer that look like this:

Downloading the ebook
Downloading simply means to view and/or save the book on your computer.

If nothing shows up when you try to download or print your e-book:

1. Refresh the page and wait.

2. Shut down your computer and leave it off for two full minutes.

3. Then start your computer again.  Return to the book and try again.

4. Do you see nonsense letters?  Then you are opening the book with the wrong program.

Sometimes people try to open an ebook with Microsoft Word or Preview or some other program.

Use Adobe Reader to open the book.  (It is free and is on most computers.)

You can change what program your computer is using to open an ebook by Right Clicking on the file name, then go to Properties.

Here is another way to get the program to open correctly:

5. Download the newest version of Adobe even if you already have it.  Click here to do that.

This will solve virtually all problems with getting an ebook to show up on your computer.

You can contact us at the email address on your receipt for help with your book.
